It doesn't have to run to get moving
Non-running vehicles can usually be shipped with the right equipment. The important question is not just whether it starts, but how it can be moved onto the truck.
A good fit for
- Project cars
- Accident-damaged vehicles
- Auction purchases
- Vehicles going to a repair shop
Questions that decide the equipment
- Do all four wheels roll freely?
- Does the steering turn?
- Do the brakes work?
- Are the keys available?
- Is the vehicle reachable from the street?
How it gets loaded
A vehicle that rolls and steers can usually be winched onto a carrier. If it can't roll, a forklift or other equipment may be needed at both ends, and that must be planned ahead.
Be exact about the condition
If a truck arrives without the right equipment, your shipment can be delayed. Tell us exactly what the vehicle can and can't do.
It normally does, because it takes extra equipment and time. Your quote will reflect the vehicle's condition.
Tell us before booking. Without keys the steering can lock, which affects how the car can be loaded.
