Battery level
Your owner's manual is the best guide. Leave enough charge for the vehicle to be moved on and off the carrier.
Transport or tow mode
Many EVs have a specific procedure for rolling with the power off. Learn how yours works and leave clear written instructions for the driver.
Keys and app access
If your car uses a phone app or card as its key, arrange how the driver will access it. Don't share account passwords. Use a key card or physical fob instead.
